Dear Friends,

For all of you who have supported, prayed for, and shown love to me, my family, and the ministry over the years, I want to rejoice with you that partial-birth abortion is no more. God has moved on behalf of the saints and the Supreme Court has banned one of the most barbaric injustices of history. Praise God for His mighty deeds! May future generations look back on this hour of our nation’s history and be inspired that history truly does belong to the intercessors. I believe that we are now seeing the fruit of the countless hours of prayer that many have lifted up on behalf of this nation.

Think about this: one fourth of this young generation is missing. Drug abuse, cutting and suicide are wreaking havoc on America’s youth, but an even more sinister plot is developing. Brothers and sisters are absent from our memory. Friends will never be made. An entire generation has been silently victimized, and it’s time to say “Enough is enough.” As courageous spiritual and political leaders take their stand against ABORTION what is the young person to do? It’s not a time to wait and see what happens. We have to think fast. It’s time for a cry to rise, “Let my people go!”

As thousands of protestors converge on the small town of Jena, Louisiana, I can’t help but wonder why it comes as a surprise to so many that there is still racism in this country.

Since the 60’s we have continued to make great strides in breaking down color barriers and the walls of inequality. African Americans have become doctors, lawyers, educators, movie stars, corporations and conglomerates—on the outside all appears to be lily-tan. But, it is evident that there is a double standard in America, most black people already know that.

While reading a quote in a biography on William Wilberforce, the great parliamentary figure of the 1800’s who was almost single-handedly responsible for the ending of the slave trade in England, I was suddenly and forcefully apprehended by the presence of God. In that moment, I received an undeniable and irrevocable commission from the Lord, “Raise up a prayer movement to end abortion in America!”
